Cancellation And Refund Policy

Cancellation would apply to the placed order by the user before it marked ready to be delivered. Cancellations would be accepted only by a phone call followed by a confirmation email to If the delivery of the meal is taken then user cannot cancel the order and is not eligible for a refund.


In case of a cancellation the amount would be transferred back to the client in 10 working days.

We will refund the money in the same mode as the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund in your Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
