It all began in 2005 with a proprietary firm, just 2 employees and one client. With winning hearts of our clients and growing steadily with a motto to 100% client satisfaction through focusing on quality, quantity and hygiene, we have grown into a company of more than 800 employees and 60+ clients from various sectors.
Journey Begins
We started our journey in collaboration with a renowned food provider by catering to 2 clients and with 2 employees.
Venture started its very first fully owned kitchen in Thane of ~ 1600 sq. ft. having 200 employees and 20 clients.
Venture was registered as a limited company and officially started managing the cafeterias.
Venture moved to a new location in Vikhroli with a kitchen of 3500 sq. ft. and having about 400 employees and 35+ clients.
From a turnover of about 5 lakhs in 2005, we are now a strong cafeteria Management company with a turnover of about 14.5 crores (FY 2018-2019) and even during pandemic times have managed to maintain a turnover of about 10 crores (FY 2021-2022).
Venture is now located in a big space of ~ 8000 sq. ft. with state-of-the-art equipment and processes. The central locations allows us good connectivity to all our clients throughout Mumbai and ensures prompt & timely delivery. We grown into a company of more than 670 employees and managing cafeteria of over 60+ clients from all sectors like Insurance, Pharmaceuticals, Banking, IT, Telecom, Media houses etc.
In March 2020, even during the COVID hit period, we can proudly say that our central kitchen has been operating right from day one of the pandemic till date. In this period we have catered to migrant workers through NGOs and to our many essential clients; irrespective of the +quantity.
In Nov 2021, Venture kitchen faced a grade 3 fire incident. Even then we continued to serve our clients the next day; we fulfilled our commitments and services to all our clients and proved that we never break our commitments.
In 2022, Venture received Awards from many of our clients and government authorities , In recognition and appreciation of the contribution Venture made to the company in the year 2021. We also renovated our kitchen to become one of the best central kitchens in Mumbai.
In 2023, Venture made a turnover of about 20 crores + (FY 2022-2023). With the upcoming 2026, we aim to achieve 100 crores + turnover with one mission and one team.
